PIRATE RADIO BUOY
This is a home-made water-proof housing/ buoy. The interior holds an FM transmitter that is broadcasting the sounds of waves and other ocean sounds that are captured in real time. The purpose of this machine is to create an opportunity to listen in on ocean activity without the need to be in the water itself.
